In this application, a shaft component is automatically handled by an industrial robot through three different machining processes. The robotic system loads and unloads the component across multiple CNC machines while maintaining precise positioning and process consistency.

The project consists of two robotic cells integrated with four CNC machines. The robots perform automated loading, unloading, and transfer operations between machines, ensuring continuous production flow and minimizing machine idle time.
